eBECA, developed by Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka, is a solar-powered electric rickshaw now operating in Melaka and expanding to Terengganu. Supported by Yayasan Inovasi Malaysia and the Ministry of Science and Technology, it reduces carbon emissions and eases the physical burden on rickshaw operators, offering a cleaner, more efficient transport alternative.
