Welcome to eBeca. By accessing or using our website (https://www.myebeca.com) or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Definitions

The terms “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to the operators of eBeca.

The terms “You”, “Your” refer to any person accessing or using eBeca’s services.

The terms “Operator” refer to an independent beca operator registered with eBeca.

The terms “Passenger” refer as a user booking a ride through eBeca.

Services

eBeca is a booking platform that connects passengers with registered eBeca drivers. We do not own or operate any beca vehicles and are not responsible for the transportation services provided by drivers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use eBeca, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Booking and Payment

Bookings are subject to driver availability. Available payment methods include FPX (online banking) and cash. Cancellation fees may apply once a driver has accepted your booking.

Passenger Responsibilities

You must be punctual at the pickup location, treat operators respectfully, and follow all safety guidelines during the ride.

Operator Responsibilities

Drivers must operate their eBeca in a safe and legal manner, comply with local regulations, and treat passengers with courtesy.

Prohibited Conduct

Fraudulent activity, harassment, illegal acts, or misuse of the eBeca platform are strictly prohibited.

Liability

We act only as an intermediary between passengers and drivers and are not responsible for delays, accidents, damages, or other issues occurring during rides.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in unsafe, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
