Payment Policy
At eBeca, we aim to make payments simple, secure, and transparent. This policy explains when and how passengers should pay for rides.
Payment Timing
Payment is made only after the ride has been completed.
The final fare will be displayed in the app or communicated by the operator at the end of the trip.
Accepted Payment Methods
Cash – Pay the operator directly in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Cashless – Pay via the payment methods available in the eBeca app (e.g., credit/debit card, e-wallet).
Fare Calculation
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and any applicable surcharges as displayed in the app before the ride.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, or special requests.
Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been overcharged, you must contact [support@myebeca.com] within 3 days of the ride.
Refunds or fare adjustments will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
Non-Payment
Failure to pay for a completed ride may result in suspension or termination of your eBeca account and possible legal action.
