Booking Confirmation
For cashless payments, your booking is confirmed once an operator accepts your request.
For cash payments, your booking is confirmed once an operator accepts your request — payment will be collected after the ride.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
If you are not present at the pickup point within a reasonable time, the operator may cancel the ride.
Late Arrivals & Cancellations
Late arrivals may result in cancellation of your booking
For cashless rides, cancellations after operator acceptance may be charged a cancellation fee.
For cash rides, repeated late arrivals or no-shows may lead to restrictions on your account.
